Shipping policies
Please allow up to 3 business days for you order to be packed and shipped. For custom orders or bulk items, please allow 5 – 10 business days for your order to be created, packed and shipped.
Currently shipping is only available within Australia, excluding prints which ship worldwide from Redbubble.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 and free for orders over $50.00. All parcels are sent using Australia Post and include tracking.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns however I do not offer exchanges so please choose carefully.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery with any issues
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I do accept cancellations within 24hrs of purchase
Please contact me immediately with any issues or concerns with your order. I will gladly discuss options to amend the problem fairly.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Conditions of damaged goods
In the event of goods being damaged in transit, please contact me with details and a photograph. I can arrange compensation through Australia Post and either refund you or replace your item.
